By using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our salon, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

IVÉRA™ – House of Grooming is a luxury unisex salon and makeup studio located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. We provide premium salon, beauty, skincare, haircare, grooming, bridal makeup, and wellness services.
Appointments may be booked through our website, WhatsApp, phone call, social media, or in person.
While we strive to accommodate all bookings, appointments are subject to availability.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Clients arriving significantly late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other scheduled clients.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by informing us in advance.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or failure to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice may result in refusal of future bookings or a requirement for advance payment.
Bridal, makeup, event, or group bookings may have separate cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.
Every individual has different skin types, hair textures, allergies, medical history, and lifestyle factors.
Although our professionals provide consultations and use quality products, we do not guarantee identical results for every client.
Actual outcomes may vary from person to person.
Clients are responsible for informing our professionals before any service if they have:
Skin allergies
Medical conditions
Pregnancy
Recent surgeries
Scalp infections
Ongoing dermatological treatment
Any condition that may affect the service
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service results and safety.
For selected chemical, colour, bleaching, or skin treatments, our professionals may recommend or require a patch test.
If a client chooses to proceed without the recommended patch test, IVÉRA™ shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.
All prices displayed on our website or communicated by our team are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, if any, shall be charged as per Indian law.

Other approved digital payment methods
Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Memberships, packages, gift cards, discounts, and promotional offers:
Are subject to their respective terms.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.

May not be combined with other ongoing offers unless specifically stated.
Clients enrolled in any IVÉRA™ membership program agree to the following terms:
Membership benefits are available only to the registered member unless otherwise specified.
Membership validity, benefits, discounts, and privileges are subject to the plan purchased.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by applicable law.
Discounts and member-exclusive offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.
Membership benefits are applicable only on eligible services and products as defined by IVÉRA™.
IVÉRA™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership program or its benefits at its sole discretion. Existing memberships will continue to receive benefits as per the terms applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise communicated.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or violation of salon policies may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.
Membership does not guarantee appointment availability. Advance booking is recommended, especially during weekends, holidays, and festive seasons.
Bridal makeup, engagement makeup, party makeup, and other event-based services are subject to the following additional terms:
An advance booking amount may be required to confirm the appointment.
Bridal bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment.
The advance amount is generally non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients requesting changes to the booking date or time should inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability.
Final service charges may vary depending on additional services, changes in requirements, travel, venue location, or extended working hours.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue, reporting time, contact person, and any special requirements.
Delays caused by the client, venue, or third parties may impact the scheduled timeline and service delivery.
Trial makeup sessions, if booked, are charged separately unless included in a bridal package.
Any additional guests or services requested on the event day shall be subject to artist availability and additional charges.
IVÉRA™ reserves the right to assign an equally qualified makeup artist or stylist in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Photographs or videos of the completed bridal look may be captured for portfolio and promotional purposes only with the client’s consent.
By confirming a bridal or event booking, the client agrees to these terms and any package-specific conditions communicated during the booking process.
Services that have already been provided are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, shall be entirely at the discretion of IVÉRA™ management.
Unused prepaid services may be governed by separate package terms.
Clients are requested to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.
While reasonable care is taken, IVÉRA™ shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the salon premises.
We are committed to providing a respectful, comfortable, and safe environment for everyone.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who:
Uses abusive language
Behaves aggressively
Harasses staff or clients
Causes damage to salon property
Appears intoxicated
Creates an unsafe environment
Occasionally, with your consent, photographs or videos of completed services may be taken for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Clients may decline photography at any time.
No images will be published without appropriate consent where required.
