At IVÉRA™, we value your time and ours. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to keep appointments organised while providing reasonable flexibility to our clients.
By booking a service with IVÉRA™, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We understand that plans can change.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting the IVÉRA™ team through the official booking channel used for your appointment.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund of any advance payment, subject to the booking terms applicable to the service.
The amount may also be transferred towards a rescheduled appointment, where applicable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the advance payment being non-refundable.
Where possible, the amount may be adjusted towards a rescheduled appointment at the discretion of IVÉRA™.
If a client does not attend the scheduled appointment and does not inform the IVÉRA™ team in advance, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and any advance payment may be non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment, subject to availability.
Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in the advance payment being retained or a new booking advance being required.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method or according to the payment process communicated by IVÉRA™.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or transaction method.
In the unlikely event that IVÉRA™ needs to cancel an appointment due to operational, technical or other unavoidable circumstances, the client may choose to:
Reschedule the appointment for another available date or
Receive a refund of the eligible advance amount paid for the cancelled appointment.
Certain services, packages, bridal bookings or customised appointments may have different cancellation, advance-payment or refund conditions.
Any service-specific terms communicated at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time. Where the delay significantly affects the scheduled service, IVÉRA™ may need to modify, shorten or reschedule the appointment.
Any applicable advance-payment terms will remain subject to this policy.
Bridal appointments, group bookings and customised packages may require advance planning and may be subject to separate booking and cancellation terms.
The applicable terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
